主要工作职责： 1. Guide the development and implement a school counseling program that focuses on and promotes students’ success from kindergarten to senior secondary. 2. Value and respond to the diversity and individual differences of students 3. Ensure equitable access to opportunities and rigorous curriculum for all students 4. Provide direct support services through structured conventions 5. Provide group or individual responsive services and formulate Independent Behavior Plans (IBP) 6. Work closely with pastoral team and the Boarding team on the pastoral care of students. 7. Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers, community organizations and other stakeholders 8. Perform assessments, interpret tests and study student records 9. Gather and analyze data to measure results 10. Complete regular reports on progress 岗位要求： 学历背景与专业经历 • Bachelor degree or above • Major in Psychology or school counseling • Has relative working experience in school counseling Functional Competencies 业务要求和核心素质 1. Computer literacy 9. Sound judgement and emotional intelligence 10. MA degree in Psychology or School Counseling 11. Bilingual in English and Chinese
